Hey There

I am Sam Gandy and happy to have you here, taking one step further in prioritising your health! There's no better path than improving oneself throughout life and this is one personal value that also helped me build my experience as qualified Personal Trainer over the last 12 years.

More about me...

I started going to the gym at age 18 and from an amazing feeling after my first workout, I found myself becoming a regular, building confidence and knowledge until turning into a job and a lifetime passion.

I see myself as a mindful person, both personally and professionally, and that's why I treat each one of my clients as unique individuals, adapting sessions and gym plans to their fitness levels. YOU ARE THE EXPERT of your journey and I only came in with unconditional knowledge and support throughout the process. I believe being patient and listening to your needs is very important, giving you a little bit of what you want but also what you need. ​

I enjoy working with all types of clientele within my areas of expertise, but the most rewarding of all is helping people with lower back pain, inactive lifestyle or dealing with different health conditions (weight, blood pressure, diabetes). Nothing compares though with the satisfaction of monitoring a client's progress in reaching their goal. ​

​

Outside of work I am a very chilled guy who has a massive passion to seek new adventures and experiences near and far.  If it be for visiting new places, doing an adrenaline activity or trying a new hobbie at home.  At some point I would also like to get into volunteering every now and then.

Sam provides an excellent service of reliable and professional fitness training.  Training outdoors with Sam during the pandemic has literally been life saving.  I am always looking to our sessions which are enjoyable and interesting.  Sam takes my training seriously and I am happy to recommend him to anyone who wishes to improve their fitness.
Sam has been my PT for a number of years now and he never fails to encourage me and push me to challenge myself!!! He's been imperative for my weight loss and toning up over the years :-)

Before I started training with Sam, I suffered for years with acute lower back pain from a degenerative condition. It took a leap of faith to reduce medication and medical intervention, but I have never looked back. Thanks to Sam’s PT expertise, guidance and encouragement, I no longer need active treatment.
